Our cuisine is rooted in Czech tradition and inspired by the Nordic approach to cooking. We seek to bring almost forgotten ingredients of Czech cuisine back to life.

We work with what is available at the moment, shaped by the season, the weather and the possibilities of local farms. Every dish begins with an idea and follows a long journey before it reaches the plate. Every day is different, and it is in this constant change that we find inspiration.
